About
Woolwich Physiotherapy was established in 1993 by Sheila Forler Bauman, and for over 30 years our physiotherapists have been successfully providing the Woolwich Community with quality patient-centered care. We offer 1:1 individualized assessment and treatments with our physiotherapists, allowing them to truly understand your goals, impairments, and limitations.
Our physiotherapists treat a variety of orthopedic conditions (any aches and pains related to the musculoskeletal system) as well as neurological impairments secondary to neurological injury or disease (stroke, Parkinson’s Disease, MS etc.). We also offer specialized hand therapy and custom splinting.
All of our physiotherapists are actively involved in the physiotherapy community and are consistently aiming to improve their skills and qualifications through advanced manual therapy courses and continuing education.
Involvement in our community is also very important to us. We are proud to have a long history with the Elmira Sugar Kings Junior B Hockey Club and many other community organizations.
