Harper Yan, MScPT, BHSc(Hons)

Physiotherapist

Harper completed her Honours Bachelor of Health Sciences in Kinesiology at Western University before earning her Masters of Physical Therapy from Western University. Harper is passionate about helping patients achieve their functional goals through an evidence-based approach that combines manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, patient education, and sustainable lifestyle changes.

During her time at Western, she worked in the Neurorehabilitation Physiology Lab and first-authored a research manuscript exploring aerobic activity levels in inpatient stroke rehabilitation. Her experience as a group fitness instructor in a rehabilitation hospital played an important role in shaping her path toward becoming a physiotherapist.

Harper believes that meaningful recovery is built on trust, open communication, and a strong partnership between patients and their therapists. Harper has experience working with a diverse range of populations, including older adults, post-surgical patients, and athletes. She is excited to expand her expertise through ongoing education in areas such as manual therapy and dry needling.

Outside of the clinic, Harper enjoys strength training, outdoor running, cooking, and spending quality time with friends and family.
