Jared Eidt, MScPT, BScHK

Jared received an Honours degree in Human Kinetics from the University of Guelph, then went on to Queen’s University to complete his Master of Science in Physical Therapy in 2010. 

While at U of G, Jared spent three years as a student therapist working with various varsity teams and was twice nominated and a one-time recipient of the Trainer of The Year Award. In his graduating year at Queen’s University, he was the recipient of the Helen Chan Award of Merit.

Jared’s approach to treatment involves a combination of manual therapy, acupuncture/dry needling, soft tissue release and a strong emphasis on specific and functional exercises to address the root cause of injury or dysfunction. He aims to empower his patients through education, exercise prescription, and lifestyle modifications. 

He has been a lifelong multi-sport athlete and continues to stay active by regular participation in CrossFit, running, skiing and various sports.
