WSIB & MVA Coverage
We believe everyone, regardless of where they are injured, deserve to be treated with 1:1 quality physiotherapy care. We are happy to provide services to individuals who experience injuries at the workplace (WSIB) and in motor vehicle accidents (MVA).
WSIB Coverage
If you've been injured at work, your company has WSIB and you've reported the injury, you can have coverage paid for by the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB) of Ontario.
How to proceed with a WSIB claim?
1) Inform your workplace that you've been injured and submit incident report.
2) Submit a Form 6 to WSIB (available to do online)
3) Call the clinic to book an assessment. Notify the clinic that you will be seeking treatment under WSIB. Note: you do not have to wait to receive your claim number before booking an assessment with our clinic. We simply ask that you have correctly submitted the necessary paperwork to your work and WSIB.
If you have any questions please contact our clinic or your WSIB case manager.
Motor Vehicle Accident Coverage
Being involved in a motor vehicle accident (MVA) can be a stressful experience regardless of how severe your injuries are or how much damage occurred to your vehicle.
